Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your ByJulia products. If some items were not as expected for any reason, they can be returned within 14 days after receiving the package. Please send an email to info@byjulia.nl for further instructions. 

The product must be undamaged and packed in the original undamaged packaging. 

You are responsible for a neat and undamaged return of the product. Only undamaged products will be accepted. After we have received the product, the product will be evaluated and within 14 days you will receive the refund on your bank account.

Cost of return shipping:

The cost of return shipping needs to be paid by the customer.

Damaged products:

In case something happened during the shipment of the products and you received a damaged product, send an email with a picture of the damage to info@byjulia.nl
